How do I book an appointment?

By text. No online scheduling — every dog needs different time and care. Prepare your details with the estimate tool, then text Nancy. Appointments are confirmed only when she replies.

How is pricing determined?

Listed prices are starting points. Final pricing is confirmed at the consultation — it depends on size, coat, condition, matting, and behavior.

How long does an appointment take?

Three to four hours. Open 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, drop-off at 9:00, 11:00, or 12:00, with a one-hour pickup window once your dog is ready.

What should I include with an estimate request?

Size, breed, coat type and condition, behavior, and the service you want. Clear front, side, and full-body photos help most.

What if my dog has matting?

Assessed in person at the consultation. Coat-care time starts at $15 per 30 minutes.

What is the cancellation policy?

24 hours notice, please. Later cancellations may carry a $25 fee, paid before your next appointment.

How can I pay?
